An expert in designing and implementing effective business processes, Stephen Bradley brings more than 20 years of experience starting, growing and running companies to his role at RLM.
Born in Detroit and raised in Stamford, Conn., Bradley started his first company, a painting contractor, when he was just 17. With a staff of 7, he managed this company through his college years. After college, he joined a general contractor, where he worked his way up to Partner before leaving to start his own general contracting company. This company enjoyed enormous success; Bradley, however, realized that his true calling was in communications (his father was an advertising executive), and he joined RLM.
At RLM, Bradley has been instrumental in creating procedures around everything from billing to client reporting to ensuring that all activities are conducted thoroughly, efficiently, and with constant transparency for clients and partners.
