Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

RLM Public Relations, a powerhouse New York City PR firm that specializes in disruptive verticals and emerging technology sectors, is seeking a social/digital-savvy designer to join the Digital Marketing team. This role will impact clients’ digital touchpoints and RLM’s owned media through asset production across websites, social, advertising, email, and presentations. 


  • Understands best practices in producing visual elements across media (e.g. site, social, display, email)
  • Ability to create and optimize visual assets to positively impact business goals
  • Oversee visual consistency for each client across digital marketing channels
  • Experience creating assets for websites, emails, banner ads, social posts (organic and paid)
  • Photograph client products to create digital assets for site and marketing channels
  • Retouch, color correct, optimize image assets for site and marketing channels
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external clients


  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design assets promoting client brand story as well as products for purchase on marketing and e-commerce channels
  • Experienced photographer of products for e-commerce use
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Familiarity uploading digital assets on-site (Shopify, Squarespace), social (Sprout, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), ads (affiliate, display), and email (Klaviyo)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced by being flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders and multiple clients
  • Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently
  • BFA in Graphic or Digital Media Design (or significant equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of advertising agency experience


  • Intensive digital marketing and design experience working directly with clients
  • Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with a team of skilled public relations and marketing professionals
  • Opportunity to participate in client strategy discussions and internal company meetings
